Autumn Term 2011
Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the Welcome session for parents/guardians which gave you the opportunity to see your child's teacher and classroom. I hope you find the Welcome Pack useful. If you have any suggestions on how the pack could be improved then please drop your ideas into the suggestions box located in the reception area.
Already we have a number of lunchtime/after school clubs running e.g. KS1 Storytelling Club, ICT Club and Karate. In the very near future a choir and football club will be running - letters will be sent home with more information.
Future diary dates - Part timers begin full time at Belvoirdale on Wednesday 21/9/11 and Thursday 22/9/11
Y5 begin their dance training for the Arts Festival 'Legend of King Arthur'which will run week beginning 7th November 2011 - more information will follow
First steps to road safety for Years 1/2 begins Monday 26th September 2011
Harvest Festival service at Marlborough Square 30th September 2011 10 a.m. start all welcome
Parents Forum metting Monday 3rd October 2011 2.30pm start finish 3.15pm
Parent Evenings: Weds 5.10.11 3.30pm - 7.30pm and Thurs 6.10.11 3.30pm - 5.30pm

Christmas Service at Marlborough Square - whole school Friday 16.12.11 10.a.m. start all welcome
Games from Around the World - Small Earth Games - whole school event - all year groups participate in skipping workshops with an afterschool workshop
'University Challenge' Year 6 will spend a day at Loughborough University where they will look around the campus, spend time with undergraduates and find out the types of courses on offer. More details will follow.
